【摘要】 目的筛选角茴香发挥保肝、镇痛、抗炎作用的有效部位。方法用系统溶剂分离法将角茴香分离成极性不同的组分,通过角茴香不同组分对硫代乙酰胺致肝损伤的保护作用、角茴香不同组分对热板法引起小鼠疼痛的影响以及角茴香不同组分对二甲苯所至小鼠耳肿胀的影响,筛选角茴香发挥保肝、镇痛以及抗炎作用的有效部位。结果角茴香正丁醇提取部位为角茴香发挥保肝作用的物质基础,氯仿提取物为角茴香发挥镇痛抗炎作用的有效部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To select the effective parts in Fructus Illcii Veri on protecting liver,releasing pain and anti-inflammation. Method Divided Fructus Illicii Veri into groups according to different polarities with system solution exclusion.Selected the effective parts in Fructus Illicii Veri on protecting liver,releasing pain and anti-inflammation by the protective effect of different groups on liver injury due to thioacetamide,effect of different groups on mice’s pain because of hot plate and effect of different groups on mice’s ear swelling owing to dimethyl benzene. Result The parts for extracting n-butanol in Fructus Illicii Veri was substances protecting the liver,while chloroform extract was the effective parts fot releasing pain and anti-inflammation.更多还原
