【Abstract】 Killingout characters and their relativity of 10 moons old ostrich fed in Guanzhong shaanxi are studied. The result showed that the average slaughter quotiety is 0.785 9± ± 0.018 1, the half only chest cavity quotiety is 0.904 9 ±0.012 6% , the all only chest cavity is 0.712 5 ± 0.027 7% . The regressive equation between live body weight and body slant length is Y = - 52.155 07 + 0.701X1-0.166 X2 + 2.879 X3(n=23,R2 = 0.643418,0.05<P<0.01).
