【摘要】 通过观察感染小鼠消化道中人芽囊原虫(Blastocystis hominis,B．h)的生长繁殖状况及形态特点,为进一步研究B．h的生理学特性及致病机制提供依据．用含106个B．h的虫体液经直肠感染免疫功能低下ICR小鼠,消化道内容物苏木素染色后光镜下观察和透射电镜观察．在感染小鼠消化道内容物中发现了与粪便及培养物不同的B．h形态．结果表明,提示体内外不同的生长环境对B．h的形态变化产生较大的影响,这种不同的形态可能与其致病性密切相关．更多还原

【Abstract】 Observation morphologic change of Blastocystis hominis (B. h) in digestive tract substance of infected mice, provision of background for studying the physiology and pathologic mechanism further step. B. h are cultured in RPMI1640 medium, the number of 106 B. h are injected through anus of compromised immunological function mice, collection of the substance in digestive tract and observation the morphology of B. h. Various form of B. h were observed in the digestive tract substance of infected mice, which are difference from that of in feces and in colure. The results indicated different growth condition would affect the morphologic change correspondingly, the different morphologic change maybe have close correlation with lifecycle and pathogenicity.更多还原
