【摘要】 选择西安10所高校在校大学生为研究对象,通过皮肤科医师体检调查、询问及填写既往皮肤患病情况,对结果进行统计分析,研究了在校大学生常见皮肤疾患的分布状况和规律.结果表明,在调查的34 166名大学生中,发现常见皮肤病20余种,其中痤疮最为常见,其次为皮肤浅部真菌感染、过敏性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、接触性皮炎等,这几种皮肤病占总患病数的71.49%.除个别病种有性别差异外,大学生皮肤病病种较为集中,发病原因和年龄、饮食偏好、季节变化、生活环境和生活习惯、审美倾向、地理气候等因素有关.更多还原

【Abstract】 The undergraduate students of ten universities are selected as the object to survey on common dermatosis.After medical examination and inquisition,their states of the dermatosis and the results of the medical examination are recorded by dermatologist,and then the record results are statistically analysed to investigate the topography and regular pattern on common dermatosis of the undergraduate students and to provid instruction for the disease prevention and therapy.The results show that 20 kinds common dermatosis cases are detected in 34166 students,among which acne is the most,the others are superficical part fungous infection, sensitization dermatitis,dermatitis seborrheica and contact dermatitis,respectively.The five dermatosis account for 71.49% in all common dermatosis.The entity of dermatosis in undergraduate students is central distribution,the pathogeny is related to the age of patients,food and drink,season,living environment and living habit,etc.更多还原
