【Abstract】 Based on the meteorological elements from 1954 to 2003,we established meteorological database.Then we calculated the correlation of the growth of winter wheat and the meteorological factors during different period and founded a regulation database.Finally the operational and service platform is set up by using VB language and its application improved the objectivity and efficiency of meteorological service.更多还原
