【Abstract】 The formation of town-country social structure with dual-track was the direct result of the Planned economy system.To solving the problem of ’Three farming’-agriculture,farmers and rural area,actually market economy must be put into practice in the extended rural area and the long-existing incompleteness,inequality and being restricted and exaggerated in the position of farmer in market as main body in china must be drastically altered.Therefore,the legislation must follow the principle of the protected equality and thus fair rights and interests in markets as main body can be endowed to farmers.更多还原
