不同磷水平对大豆植株生长发育的影响
Effect of Different Phosphorus Levels on Plant Growth and Development of Soybean
【摘要】 不同磷浓度对大豆植株株高、根体积、叶面积、植株干重、植株磷含量、磷吸收量和磷利用效率等具有显著或极显著影响。随着液体磷浓度的增加,植株磷含量和磷吸收量相应增加,而植株磷利用效率相应减少。不同大豆品种和不同生长发育阶段对磷浓度的反应表现出显著差异。在液体培养条件下,适宜筛选和鉴定大豆磷高效基因型的介质磷浓度为125μmol/L,培养时间为3周。
【Abstract】 The experiment results showed that the plant height, root volume, leaves areas, dry weight in root and shoot, phosphorus content, phosphorus uptake and phosphorus use-efficiency were significantly different under the condition of phosphorus levels. Plant phosphorus content and Phosphorus uptakes were increase with increase of phosphorus concentration, but plant phosphorus use-efficiency was reducing. The response of different varieties and growth stages to different phosphorus levels were significantly different. The suited concentration of phosphorus for selecting soybean genotypes with high phosphorus use-efficiency was 125μmol/L and the cultivating time was 3 weeks under solution culture.
