树莓组培快繁技术体系研究

【摘要】 树莓外植体用HgCl2消毒时间以10min为宜,培养基MS附加6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.20~0.25mg/L,每株增殖9.2~9.8个;培养基附加IBA0.2mg/L,每株平均生根数3.09条;树莓试管苗生根4~6条及根长1.0cm以上,扣杯保湿时间超过4周,避开高温干燥的季节移栽,成活率为79.6%~84.6%。

【Abstract】 The proper sterilized time for the explants of Rubus crataegifoliuswas 10 minutes in Hgcl2. The fruit numbers could be increased by 9.2~9.8/plant by means of media supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2~0.25mg/L, while the roots could be increased by 3.09 roots/plant in media supplemented with IBA 0.2mg/L. Each tuber seedling had 4~6 roots and each of them was 1.0cm long. After transplanting, the seedlings were covered with plastic cups for over 4 weeks.When transplanting is done during non high temperature and dry seasons,the survival rate was 79.6%~84.6%.
