【Abstract】 Cucurbita foetidissima seed contains lots of nourishment constituents including,31% of protein and(15.4%) of the total fat.Through the analysis,the seed oil content of Cucurbita foetidissima,introduced from the Lebanon,is 44.99%,and the unsaturated fatty acid of seed oil is 89.1% and 88.7%,respectively,introduced from the United and Lebanon.The composition proportion of fatty acids of Cucurbita foetidissima are similar with high-quality soybean oil and olive oil.更多还原
