【摘要】 目的:总结成人骶前囊肿的诊治经验。方法:回顾分析1996年—2005年收治的6例成人骶前囊肿患者的临床资料。结果:4例患者有不同程度直肠及膀胱受压症状,诊断以B超及CT检查为主,2例为体检时B超发现。肛门指诊5例能触及直肠后壁肿物。手术经骶尾部入路,6例均切除尾骨。6例完整切除肿物,术中无大出血、副损伤,无手术死亡。结论:直肠指诊及影像学检查可明确诊断。手术以骶尾部入路为主,主动囊肿减压,锐性分离有利于囊肿显露及完整切除,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the diognosis and therapy of adult sacroanterior cyst.Methords:From 1996 to 2005,6 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were rectum and bladder pressure symptom in 4 cases.B-us and CT are important for diagnosis.Digital examination is positive in 5 cases.There were 6 cases of total resection of cyst.There was no massive bleeding and more injury.None of them died from operation.Conclusion:Digital rectal examination and imaging examination are basic measures.Transacral is the most common operation way.Active decompression to the cyst is of great value to exposing and resecting the cyst and reducing the complication.更多还原
