复杂管件液压成形设备液压控制系统的设计

【摘要】 在简要介绍管件液压成形技术原理及其优点后,针对副车架等大型复杂空心结构件的成形特点和要求,确定了设备的主要技术参数及总体设计方案,并对液压系统和控制系统进行了优化设计。所采用的低压大流量充液和高压小流量增压的双联泵供液模式可极大地提高设备的生产效率,所设计的二级卸荷回路可使系统的超高压液体能顺序平稳卸荷,所配置的电液比例伺服闭环控制系统使设备具有良好的动态性能、较高的控制精度和响应速度,完全能满足副车架等复杂空心变截面构件的塑性成形要求。

【Abstract】 Firstly,the principle and advantages of tube hydroforming technology is introduced,then the major technical parameter and overall design scheme of forming equipment,based on forming characteristics and demands of large complicate hollow structure parts such as sub frame,are presented,at the same time,the hydraulic system and control system are designed.In order to raise the production efficiency of equipment,twin pump system composed of low-pressure large discharge pump and high-pressure low discharge pump is adopted.By means of two-level relief circuit,the pressure of uhp oil in oil cylinder falls orderly and smoothly.Due to the closed loop control system based on electrohydraulic proportional servo valve,the new equipment that has high dynamic performance,good control accuracy and high speed of response,meet various requirements to form large complicated hollow structure parts such as sub frame.
