退火温度对纳米晶软磁材料的热稳定性影响研究

【摘要】 研究了F e73.5Cu1N b3S i13.5B9纳米晶软磁材料的磁导率温度稳定性、居里温度等特性以及退火温度对它们的影响。结果表明:退火温度低于520℃时,磁导率温度系数uα随环境温度的升高而提高;退火温度为540℃~580℃时,uα随环境温度的升高而降低,且在初始磁导率iμ-θ(温度)曲线上只出现一个Hopk inson峰;退火温度在520℃~560℃范围内,uα较小,磁性温度稳定性较高。

【Abstract】 Temperature stability of the magnetic permeability and Curie temperature trait which annealing temperature affected on nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy were investigated.The result shows that the temperature coefficient αu increases along with annealing temperature enhancing when annealing temperature is less than 520℃,and αu falls along with temperature and occurs only one Hopkinson apex on AC permeability vs temperature when annealing temperature is between 540℃ and 580℃.The temperature coefficient αu is quite low when annealing temperature is between 520℃ and 560℃,so the magnetic stability of temperature is fine.
