12Cr1MoV钢动态断裂韧度的估算研究
Study on Estimation about Dynamic Fracture Toughness of 12Cr1MoV Steel
【摘要】 根据示波冲击试验结果,结合经验公式,估算12C r1M oV钢的动态断裂韧度。结果表明,12C r1M oV钢的动态断裂韧度随恒温保持时间的变化规律与磷的非平衡晶界偏聚动力学曲线吻合得很好。通过冲击动力学试验建立动态断裂韧度与脆性溶质原子非平衡晶界偏聚动力学的对应关系,用恒温过程中的晶界偏聚浓度的变化来表征金属材料服役过程的可靠性。
【Abstract】 By use of the impact value obtained from the impact test,combining with empiric formulas,this paper estimated the dynamic fracture toughness of 12Cr1MoV steel.The results illustrated that the relation of dynamic fracture toughness to holding time inosculated well with the dynamic curve of non-equilibrium segregation.The corresponding relation of dynamic fracture toughness and brittle solute non-equilibrium grain boundary segregation can be obtained.The variety of segregational chroma during holding time can be used as a token of the security of iron-material.
