近似塑性条件对管材挤压变形力求解的影响
Effect of the Approximate Plasticity Conditions on Force of Tube Extrusion Determined by Means of Block Method
【摘要】 在柱坐标下,采用主应力法推导了锥模管材挤压变形力理论计算公式,推导过程中利用了两种近似塑性条件。经实验验证,两种公式计算结果都比较接近实测值,相对误差平均值分别为13%左右和3.7%左右,相关教材所给公式计算结果的相对误差平均值为15%左右。这表明本文推导的计算公式是可行的,近似塑性条件对理论计算的挤压变形力具有显著的影响。
【Abstract】 In the cylinderical coordinate,the force of tube extrusion about cone dies had been studied theoretically and the both formulas were determined by means of block method and the two approximate plasticity conditions had been used during the calculating.It is found that theoretical results of extrusion force given by two calculating formulas are more approaching to those of the producing experiments and that the average value of relative error is about 13% and 3.7% respectively and that the average value of relative error of calculating formula in the relate book is about 15%.This indicates the formulas are feasible,and approximate plasticity conditions have the distinct effect on the value of extrusion force given by calculating formulas.
