一种用于搅拌摩擦焊厚板焊接的新型搅拌头

【摘要】 针对厚板在搅拌摩擦焊接时下层金属焊接温度偏低、金属流动不畅、容易产生组织疏松或空洞,而上层金属因温度过高、流体压力过大而产生溢出和飞边等典型厚板焊接问题,从优化搅拌头结构的角度出发,设计出一种新型厚板焊接强力搅拌头。在焊接20mm高强度铝合金的实验中有效地消除飞边和空洞缺陷,获得了成功的应用。

【Abstract】 While welding thick plate in FSW,loosen structures and holes defects produced easily due to the relatively lower temperature and the unsmooth metallic flow at the bottom of the workpiece.At the same time,burrs produced because of the high temperature and fluid pressure at the top layer of the workpiece.Based on optimizing the structure of the stirrer,a new style stirrer was designed to eliminate the defects as stated above.Experiments have validated the effect of preventing the defects in welding high strength aluminum alloy plate of 20mm thickness with Friction Stir Welding.
