公路建设项目创新管理的认识和体会
The Experience of Innovation Management for Highway Construction Project
【摘要】 项目管理是一门年轻而又充满活力的学科,它在提升公路建设项目管理整体质量水平的过程中,正在发挥着真正核心的作用。就公路工程建设项目管理的理论和实践问题做了初步探讨,希望对公路项目管理提供一些参考和帮助。
