内蒙古煤系硬质高岭土酸处理研究

【摘要】 研究了不同n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)的酸处理内蒙古煤系高岭土。对酸处理高岭土进行吡啶-TPD实验、BET测试及裂化活性测试,并在小型固定床上以酸处理高岭土为催化剂对大港轻柴油进行催化裂化反应,考察了n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)对高岭土表面酸性、裂化活性和选择性的影响。结果表明,随着酸处理高岭土中n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)的增加,高岭土的表面酸量增加,汽油收率提高。当n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)大于20时,其孔径集中在3~10nm之间,表面吡啶吸附总量大于4.1μl/g,柴油转化率大于64%,汽油收率大于42%。将n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)调节到20以上,能够得到催化性能较好的酸处理高岭土。

【Abstract】 The acid-modified kaolin from Inner Mongolia with different molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 (n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)) was characterized by pyridine-TPD, BET and activity test of catalytic cracking. The effects of n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) on acid type, acid amount of surface, cracking activity and selectivity of the kaolin catalyst were studied. The result showed that the yield of gasoline became higher with the increase of n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) of acid-modified kaolin due to the increase of the acidity of kaolin. When n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) was more than 20, the diameter of pores ranged from 3 nm to 10 nm and the total amount of absorbed pyridine on kaolin surface reached more than 4.1 μl/g . Meanwhile, the conversion and yield of gasoline got to more than 64% and 42%, respectively. The acid treated kaolin with better catalytic performance was obtained when n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) reached more than 20.
