【摘要】 采用动态光散射法研究了伊朗轻质减压渣油和大庆减压渣油模拟乳状液的粒度特征。研究表明,伊朗轻质减压渣油和大庆减压渣油模拟乳状液的初始粒径较小,粒度分布较窄;随着时间的延长,其粒径逐渐增大,粒度分布变宽;随着馏分增重或体相质量浓度的增加,模拟乳状液的初始粒径增大。随着油相中芳烃含量增加,伊朗轻质减压渣油和大庆减压渣油中重馏分模拟乳状液的初始粒径增大,而大庆减压渣油轻馏分模拟乳状液的初始粒径减小。随着水相中碱或盐的加入,伊朗轻质减压渣油和大庆减压渣油模拟乳状液的初始粒径均增大。

【Abstract】 Particle characteristics of model emulsion of vacuum residua fractions from Iranian light and Daqing crude oils were studied by using dynamic light scattering method.The results showed that the initial diameter of model emulsion particles was small,and the particle size distribution was narrow.As the time going on, the diameter of model emulsion particle increased and the size distribution turned wider.As the average molecular mass being heavier,or the mass concentration of vacuum residua fraction increasing,the initial diameter of model emulsion particle increased.For the vacuum residua fractions from Iranian light crude and the heavy fractions of vacuum residua fractions from Daqing crude oil,while the aromatic content in the oil phase grew up,the initial diameters of model emulsion particles increased,but for the light fractions of vacuum residua fractions from Daqing crude oil,the initial diameter of model emulsion particles decreased at the same condition.With the pH increase or addition of salt in aqueous phase,both the initial diameters of model emulsion particles of vacuum residua fractions from Iranian light and Daqing crude oils increased.
