【摘要】 概述了护理文化的研究历史,介绍了目前国内对护理文化的定义、内容、功能和建设等方面的研究及国外不同文化背景下的护理人员在文化方面的差异研究。提出护理文化建设应该从病人的角度出发,明确病人和护理人员在文化认知上的差异,建立更适合病人的护理文化,提高护理服务的文化水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 It summarized the research history of nursing culture. It introduced the investigation on the concept, content, function and methods of construction of nursing culture at present in China. And it introduced the study on difference of nursing staff in culture at different culture backgrounds in abroad. It suggested that construction of nursing culture should base on patients, make sure the difference in cultural cognition between patients and nursing staffs, set up nursing culture more suitable to patients and enhance culture level of nursing service.更多还原
