【摘要】 [目的]观察肛肠病病人术后行中药熏洗坐浴的疗效。[方法]将193例肛肠病术后病人随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗方法+1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,治疗组采用常规治疗方法+中药熏洗坐浴,并配合相应护理。[结果]治疗组总有效率为97.89%,对照组总有效率为83.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中药熏洗坐浴用于肛肠病术后病人有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of TCM fumigating and hip bathing for post-operative anal intestinal diseases patients. Method: A total of 193 anal intestinal diseases patients after underwent operation were divided into test and control group. Patients of control group were administrated conventional therapy and 1∶5 000 Potassium Permanganate (PP) solution hip bathing. While patients of test group were given TCM fumigating and hip bathing and corresponding care besides the conventional therapy and nursing care. Result: The total effective rate was 97.89% in test group and 83.67% in control group cases. And the therapeutic effect of test group is better than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: It has better effectiveness to give TCM fumigating and hip bathing for post-operative anal intestinal diseases patients.更多还原
