【摘要】 [目的]了解优拓敷料用于拔甲术后创面换药的效果。[方法]将68例拔甲术后病人随机分成治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组病人拔甲术后采用优拓敷料覆盖创面,对照组病人拔甲术后采用凡士林纱布覆盖创面,观察两组疼痛程度、换药时创面出血率及创面愈合时间。[结果]治疗组创面疼痛程度、出血率、创面愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]优拓敷料用于拔甲术后创面换药,能减轻术后疼痛,有效促进创面愈合,其效果优于凡士林纱布。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out the effect of Urgotul dressing on wound surfaces dressing change of patients after underwent nail arrachement. Method: A total of 68 patients after underwent nail arrachement were divided into test and control group randomly. Base on the routine treatment, wound surfaces of patients in test group were changed with Urgotul dressing after underwent nail arrachement. While patients of control group were just covered with petrolatum gauze after operation. Then pain degree, the occurrence of hemorrhage during dressing change and wound healing time of both group patients were observed. Result: The pain degree, the occurrence of hemorrhage and the wound healing time of test group patients were lower than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Applying Urgotul dressing change on wound surface for patients after underwent nail arrachement can both relieve their postoperative pain and facilitate the healing of wound. Its effect is better than that of using petrolatum gauze.更多还原
