保定市临床护理带教人员专业自我概念的调查研究
A survey of professional self-concept of clinical nursing teaching staff in Baoding city
【摘要】 [目的]调查分析保定市临床护理带教人员自我概念情况。[方法]应用专业自我概念量表对240名临床带教老师进行调查。[结果]具有护理本科、年龄≥31岁、护龄≥8年的护理人员专业自我概念得分明显高于具有大专及中专学历、年龄<31岁、护龄<8年的护理人员。[结论]应以具有护理本科学历获得护师职称或护龄≥8年的护士担任护理临床带教老师为宜。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the status quo of self-concept of clinical nursing teaching staff in Baoding city. Method: A total of 240 clinical nursing teachers from Baoding city were investigated via filling out professional self-concept scale. Result: Nurses of college education level, 31 years or elder of age, and with 8 years or more of nursing work experiences had higher scoring of professional self-concept than those of lower education levels, younger than 31 years of age, and less than 8 years of nursing experiences. Conclusion: It is better for nurses who have college level education and got primary nurse professional title or have more than 8 years nursing work experiences to be as a clinical nursing teacher.
