【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the personality and academic achievement of college nursing students in military medical universities.Method: A total of 116 subjects were investigated by filling out five factors scale (NEO-PI-R). And their performance results of final exam were analyzed.Result: There were significant statistical differences in terms of the partial personality both between military and local medical colleges, and between college nursing students of outstanding records and of underachievement (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The partial personality characteristics (including nervousness, extraversion, preciseness) of college nursing students from military medical universities were closely correlated with their school performances. Conclusion: The personality characteristics of college nursing students in military medical universities were different from that of students in local medical universities. And some of personality characteristics influenced school performances of students.更多还原
