【摘要】 采用中和萃取法从药厂废液中提取2-萘酚。废液经过中和、萃取、蒸馏等提取2-萘酚,对提取条件和影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,较佳工艺路线和方法为:取100 mL废液,用盐酸调pH至1~2,用二氯甲烷萃取,干燥、旋蒸得粗品,重结晶得纯品,回收率达95%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reuse the 2-naphtol,neutralization and extraction method has been introduced in this paper for extract 2-naphtol.This method includes several processes,such as neutralization,extraction and distillation,etc.We have done many research on the extracting condition and effecting factors,the optical results are as follows:the waste liquids(100 mL) were acid to pH 1~2,extracted with dichloromethane,dried,concentrated and distilled to get the rough 2-naphtol,then recrystallized to achieve pure 2-naphtol,the extracting rate is over 95%.更多还原
