固载硫酸氢钠催化合成肉桂酸乙酯的研究
Catalytci synthesis of ethyl 3-phenylacrylate by supported sodium bisulfate
【摘要】 用硅胶负载硫酸氢钠,催化合成肉桂酸乙酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响,以及催化剂的重复使用、催化机理等。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:3-苯基丙烯酸0.2 mol,乙醇0.6 mol,催化剂用量0.75 g,回流反应时间75 m in,收率为91.43%。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of ethyl 3-phenylacrylate was performed by supported sodium bisulfate.The effect of amount of catalyst,mole ratio of alcohol/acid,reaction time,etc.on esterification rate as well as reused of catalyst,catalysis mechanism were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:3-phenylacrylate 0.2 mol,alcohol 0.6 mol,mass of catalyst was 0.75 g and reaction time was 75 min.The yield was up to 91.43%.
