BER还原对乙基苯乙酮的研究
Reduction of p-ethyl-hypnone with borohydride exchange resin
【摘要】 制备了聚合物支载的硼氢化阴离子交换树脂(BER),在不同的反应条件下用于对乙基苯乙酮进行还原。结果表明:反应易在质子性溶剂中进行,以甲醇为溶剂55~60℃下反应10 h的还原转化率可达99.25%,增大反应液浓度可以使反应在乙醇体系下得到较好的反应结果,并且树脂再生两次后交换容量稍有降低,可重复使用。
【Abstract】 Polymer-supported borohydride anion exchange resin(BER) was synthesized as a reducing a-gent.p-Ethyl-hypnone was reduced under various reaction cond itions by using this polymeric agent.The result showed that the reaction is available in protic solvent.The yield reached 99.25% in methanol at 55 ~60℃after 10 h.Better result was received when increasing reaction concentration under the ethanol system.The capacity of the resin reduced slightly after the resin be regenerated two times,the resin can be used repeatedly.
