氯化聚乙烯橡塑磁开炼制备工艺的研究
Study of preparation technology of chlorinated polyethylene rubber magnet by open mill
【摘要】 通过对开炼工艺中不同影响因素的研究,提出了制备氯化聚乙烯(CPE)橡塑磁的开炼工艺为:对橡塑磁取向,混炼温度为70~80℃,混炼5 m in左右,取向和叠压温度30~40℃。利用此工艺,通过对不同含量CPE对CPE橡塑磁磁性能及物理机械性能的研究,当磁粉占88.9%,CPE占9.3%,配合剂1.8%时,得到剩磁(Br)2515 mT,磁感矫顽力(Hcb)171.3 kA/m,内禀矫顽力(Hcj)218.6 kA/m,最大磁能积(BHm ax)12.06 kJ/m3,拉伸强度>4.5MPa,断裂伸长率>100%,邵氏D硬度<50,尺寸变化率较小的CPE橡塑磁。
【Abstract】 By the study of open mill chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) rubber magnet,the preparation technology of CPE rubber magnet was put forward as follows: orientation,mixing time about(5 min),mixing temperature was 7080℃,shiplap pressuring temperature was 3040℃.With this technology,the effect of CPE contents on mechanical properties and magnetic properties was also researched.When the magnet powder was 88.9%,CPE was 9.3% and assistants was 1.8%,the rubber magnet properties were:Br 2515 mT,Hcb 171.3 kA/m,Hcj 218.6 kA/m,BHmax 12.06 kJ/m3,TS>4.5 MPa,elongation at rupture>100%,Shore D hardness<50,the stability to wet heat performed well.
