【Abstract】 Valuing the inspection of teachers’ professional quality and belittling the asessment of teachers’ morals;valuing immediate "economic profits" and belittling long-term "social benefits";valuing external standardization and belittling the effect of moral introspection;valuing moral preaching and belittling moral practice;these are the noticeable problems in the present building of college teachers’ morals.The key to the resolution of these problems lies in that we grasp the essential features of college teachers’ morals,find out the exact focus of its building,develop favourable environment for it,set up an evaluating system of it,and strengthen its internalization so as to set up step by step a long-lasting mechanism of teachers’ morals.更多还原
