累积叠轧焊强加工制备亚微米金属材料的研究
Study on the manufacture sub-micron metal materials by severe deformation of ARB process
【摘要】 采用ARB(累积叠轧焊)的方法在多功能强力热轧机上对普碳钢Q235,L2纯铝分别进行了强加工试验,并利用电子万能材料试验机,SEM,TEM,EBSD等手段对材料力学性能、微观组织、缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,普碳钢材料的平均抗拉强度由385MPa提高到797.5MPa,平均晶粒尺寸减小到0.7μm;L2纯铝材料的抗拉强度由75.2MPa提高到190.44MPa,平均晶粒尺寸达到0.5μm;强加工引起的位错塞积对材料起到了强化作用。
【Abstract】 Severe deformation on Q235 plain carbon steel and L2 pure aluminium by ARB process using power hot mill were investigation.The mechanical Performance,microstructure,defect of the material were studied by mechanics test machine,Scan Electron Microscope,Transmission Electron Microscope and Electron Back Scattering Diffraction.The experiment results indicate that ultrafine grains and higher intensity material can obtain by ARB severe deformation process on plain hot rolling mill.The strength of plain carbon steel were increased from 385MPa to 797.5MPa,the average grain size is 0.7μm.The strength of L2 pure aluminium were increased to 190.44MPa from 75.2MPa,the average grain size is reduced to 0.5μm.The severe deformation induce piling-up dislocation which can strengthen the material.
