固体颗粒介质的管材成形新工艺试验研究
Experimental study of tube forming new technology using solid granules pressure-carrying medium
【摘要】 介绍了一种新的成形技术,即固体颗粒介质的管材成形新工艺,并通过试验对该工艺的工艺过程、成形特点进行了论述。试验结果表明,该新成形技术与传统其他常规工艺相比,具有模具成本低、零件尺寸精度高、表面质量好的特点。该工艺的提出为解决复杂形状、高强度、低塑性、难变形管材精密成形提供了一条有效途径。
【Abstract】 An innovative forming technique is introduced,namely,Tube forming new technology using solid granules pressure-carrying medium,the process and deformation characteristics of the technology is verified by experiments.The experiments show that the cost of die setting s lower,and the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of workpieces are better than that of conventional techniques.This technology provides an efficient method for the precision-forming of complicated shape,high tensile strength,low plasticity and difficult-to-deform materials.
