【摘要】 本文简要介绍了汽车发动机曲轴常见的失效形式,分析了各种失效形式可能的原因。指出汽车发动机曲轴在其设计、制造、使用中的任何一个环节的不当,都可能会造成其失效,汽车发动机曲轴的失效原因,涉及到从材料、加工、结构、受力、服役环境到相关零件分析的多个过程,并给出一些典型工程失效分析案例,提出了相应的预防改进措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main failure forms of the automobile engine crankshafts were presented and their possible causes were analyzed.It indicated that any lapsus in the process of design,manufacture and use would result in crankshaft failure.The causes of crankshaft failure can be related to the factors of material,machining,structure,operating loads and environment.Some typical instances coming from practical production were provided and some measurements to improve and control the part qualifies were suggested.更多还原
