水轮发电机组状态监测与故障诊断系统研究

【摘要】 本文设计了水轮发电机组状态监测与故障诊断系统的结构,并针对此结构设计了相应的硬件与软件。该系统可以实时记录机组运行中的振动、摆度等数据,并以图形和表格的形式反映给用户。本系统还包含故障诊断专家系统,系统能根据所测数据及时诊断出机组的故障,并自动生成报告。该系统已在索风营等多个电站投入运行,结果表明该系统能准确反映机组运行情况,对机组故障做出准确的诊断。

【Abstract】 the structure of state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for hydraulic generator is been designed in this paper.Corresponding to the structure hardware and software are been designed too.The system can register real-time vibration and oscillation data and show them to users as graphics or tables.The system contains fault diagnosis expert system too.It can find out fault by analyzing the registered data and produce diagnosis report automatically.This system has been used in many hydraulic power stations such as SUO FENG YING.Results show that this system can reflect state of generators correctly and give fault note exactly.
