虚拟采样测量单分子光辐射信号
Virtual Sampling for Single-Molecular Photons Detection
【摘要】 通过实时采集单光子计数器响应输出的时间分辨每个同步事件研究光场的光子统计分布特性。通过最佳信号噪声比分析,讨论了单分子光辐射在具有时间均匀分布背景信号时对同步采样时间的选取。利用理论分析单分子光子源最佳信噪比与采样门的对应关系,应用计算机虚拟采样测量单分子光辐射信号,获得了较理想的测量结果。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the photon statistics determination by measuring the every time resolved photo-event from single photon detector in real time.It theoretically discusses the synchronization sample gate time determination with the consideration of the optimal signal-to-noise(SNR) where the background showed time-uniformity distribution.Computer-based virtual sampling with the appropriate gate time decided for the single-molecular photons timestamps is processed,and the ideal detection result was(obtained.)
