锂快离子导体Li8Al1-xSi2xP1-xO8系统的研究
Study on the Lithium Superiontic Conductors of Li8Al1-xSi2xP1-xO8 System
【摘要】 以L i4S iO4为母体,煤矸石为原料,经高温固相反应制得L i8A l1-xS i2xP1-xO8系统的锂快离子导体.X射线衍射分析结果表明在0.5<x<0.9的组成范围内形成单一的固溶相,其空间群为P21/m,导电性测试结果表明x=0.6的合成物具有最高的电导率,在673 K时其电导率达到2.8×1-0 2S/cm,其活化能为60.80 kJ/m o l.
【Abstract】 Lithium superiontic conductors of Li8Al1-xSi2xP1-xO8 based on an original unit of Li4SiO4 have been prepared by high temperature solid state reaction using coal gangue as starting meterial.X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that a single solid solution phase with the P21/m space group was formed in the composition range of 0.5<x<0.9.The composition with x=0.6 possesses maximum ionic conductivity which reaches up to 2.8×10-2 S/cm at 673 K and its activation energy is(60.80 kJ/mol)(temperature range 373 K~673 K).
