【摘要】 和谐社会的构建,需要作为政治主体的公民具有和谐的人格、和谐的价值观念与和谐的行为方式,需要公民具备一定的公共美德、公共能力与公共意识。文章旨在从公共理性的维度,以培育构建和谐社会所需要的公民群体为核心,对公民教育做一政治学的思考。在阐述公共理性基本内涵与特征的基础上,该文认为公共理性对公民教育的价值定位、逻辑思维以及评估具有基础性的规导作用。要实现公共教育的根本目标与功能,就需要以公共理性为指引,积极开展公民文化建设和意识文明的培养,培育具有公共理性精神的现代公民,为文明有序、均衡和谐之社会的构建提供基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 To construct the harmonious society,the citizens who are playing the roles of political subjects are not only required to have harmonious personality,harmonious values and harmonious behavior,but also required to have certain public virtue,public ability and public sense.From the dimension of public reason and taking public groups which are needed by developing and constructing the harmonious society for the core,this paper aims at making a political reflection on citizen education.On the basis of elaborating the basic connotation and characteristics of the public reason,it concludes that the public reason is of guiding importance to the value orientation,logical thinking and evaluation of the public education,and that,to achieve the fundamental goal and function of the public education,the construction of the citizen culture and the cutivation of the modern citizens with public reason as a guide in order to foster the civilized,ordered,balanced and harmonious society.更多还原
