【Abstract】 This paper mainly analyzes two paradoxes of China’s financial regulation,namely power paradox and policy paradox.Both of these dilemmas are endogenously determined by China’s gradual reform.In order to overcome present difficulties,we have to reconstruct and better regulator’s governance mechanism.Only in this way can we carry out obligatory institutional change in financial domain,and eventually succeed in financial transition.更多还原
