【摘要】 近年来,民间金融已成为我国金融体系中不可或缺的组成部分。在我国经济转轨时期,扩张的民间金融与正规金融形成了互补效应,在一定程度上缓解了民营中小企业融资难的局面,对促进经济与金融的发展,发挥着积极的作用。但是,民间金融的合法化发展存在一些制约因素。必须摒弃与市场经济体制相悖的、束缚民间金融发展的理念、制度和规则,通过一定的政策措施,鼓励引导民间金融健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the private finance has become an indispensable part in our financial system.In the turn of our economy,the expanded private finance has become mutually complementary to the normal finance which releases the difficulties of the small-and-middle sized private enterprises.But there are some restricted factors in the legal development in the private finance.So some ideas,systems and regulations which are perverse in the market economic system and restrict the private financial development should be got rid of and encourage the sound development of the private finance by the means of some policies.更多还原
