【Abstract】 Since 80’s,people have deeply studied microbial degradation of petroleum.And they also have been applying this technology into the practical environment protection step by step.Now,many researchers touched importance on magnitude and constitute of the flora in environments which were dealt with the validity of the biodegradation,the influence of factors existing in practical environments upon degradation,the toxicity of the petroleum and the biodegradation of petroleum in extreme environments.Furthermore other researchers tried to build up a biodegradation model which can hypothesize the mechanism from experience.更多还原
