【Abstract】 Lactobacillus paracasei belongs to the Lactobacillus casei group, Lactobacillus genus of LAB. In this article, the distribution, taxonomy status and main means for identification of this species were briefly introduced. The applications of this species, including its bacteriocin and plasmid, in L-lactic acid industrial production, food ferment and antisepsis, medical treatment and health care, waste recycle and scientific research were concluded.更多还原
