赤霉素的矮化作用及在草坪草育种中应用展望
The Dwarfing Effect of Gibberellin and the Prospect of Application in Breed of Turfgrass
【摘要】 赤霉素(GA)在植物的种子萌发、茎的伸长和花的发育等许多方面起着非常重要的作用。GA矮化突变体可分为两类,合成型突变体和非应答型突变体。合成型突变体在于抑制、阻碍了激素的生物合成和代谢步骤,使得内源GA缺乏或痕量存在。在GA的非应答突变体中,其突变体表现出GA合成缺陷型矮化,但体内含有大量有生物活性的GAs。在草坪草育种中,利用GA的矮化作用,通过基因克隆和转基因技术育成矮化的草坪草品种,以降低修剪费用。
【Abstract】 Gibberellin(GAs)play an essential role in many aspects of plant growth an development,such as seed germination,stem elongation and flower development.The dwarf mutants related to GAs maybe divided into two kinds,The synthetical dwarf mutants and non-responsive dwarf mutants.The synthetical dwarf mutants maybe control and block the steps of synthesis and metabolism of gibberellin,it makes endogenous hormone lack or little existence.With regard to non-responsive dwarf mutants,its mutants phenotype like that of synthetical dwarf mutants phenotype,but their bodies have much bio-active gibberellin.In turfgrass breeding,we can make use of the dwarf effect of GA,and we can use the technology of gene clone and transgenic to breed dwarf breeds,this can reduce the expense of turf mown.
