【Abstract】 Polysaccharides containing selenium extracted from edible mushrooms are compounds of organic selenium.And they have the biological activities of both inorganic selenium and polysaccharides of edible mushrooms.This paper summarizes the development of studies on the polysaccharides containing selenium extracted from edible mushrooms,including composition analysis,methods of preparation and purification,their physiological functions and the current state.更多还原
