【摘要】 目的评价同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带联合锁骨钩钢板固定治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法 22例AllmanⅢ度肩锁关节脱位患者采用同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带联合锁骨钩钢板固定。全部患者获得随访,随访7-36月,平均17个月。结果按Karlsson标准进行评价,优19例,良3例。患者无明显排异反应,无钢板断裂、松动或关节再脱位。结论应用同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带联合锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位,可以早期进行功能锻炼,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapy using allogeneic and xenogenic reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament combined with hook-plate to treat Ⅲ° acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods 22 cases who got Ⅲ° acromioclavicular dislocation were treated with allogeneic and xenogenic reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament combined with hook-plate fixation. All patients were followed up for 7-36 months with an average of 17mon ths. Results According to Karlsson system, 19 cases were excellent while 3 were good. There were no complications such as rejection , infection, breakage or loosing of the hook-plate. Conclusion Therapy using allogeneic and xenogenic reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament combined with hook-plate to treat Ⅲ°acromi oclavicular dislocation can provide reliable fixation and allow early functional exercises. The effects of the therapy are satisfactory.更多还原
