生物材料的生物相容性综合评价研究
Study on All-round Evaluation of Biocompatibility of Biomaterial
【摘要】 生物相容性一直是生物材料应用于医疗器械的重点研究内容。但是目前国内外标准的评价体系尚未完全建立,影响了生物材料的研究。近年来趋于对生物材料进行综合评价,本文以复钙时间、血小板黏附以及血浆蛋白的量等实验为基础,结合层次分析法探讨了综合评价抗凝血生物材料的生物相容性的方法。
【Abstract】 Biocompatibility has always been the focal point in the study of biomaterials applied to medical apparatus. But at present, the standard system hasn’t formed completely to evaluate the biomaterials. In recent years scientists tend to use general standard of evaluation. In this article, based on the recalcification time, the adhesion of platelets as well as the total quantity of plasma protein and some other evidences, combining with the Analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the method of general evaluation on the biocompatibility of anticoagulant biomaterials was discussed.
