【摘要】 油气田联合站是油气田地面的核心工程。由于油气中含有一定量的硫化物,使得联合站的生产装置硫化氢腐蚀的问题十分突出,威胁油气田的安全生产。文章根据油气田生产装置的工艺特点,结合事故调查数据,重点分析了油气田生产装置硫化氢腐蚀的机理与存在部位,并提出了相应的对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Processing plant is the major above-ground facility in oil & gas field.As oil and gas contains certain amount of hydrogen sulfides, the processing plant facility is subject to severe corrosion,which imposes a great thread to the safe operation of the oil & gas field.The hydrogen sulfide corrosion mechanisms and corrosion location in processing facility are analyzed on the basis of process features and data from trouble-shouting investigation.Countermeasures for corrosion control are proposed.更多还原
