【摘要】 目的：检测雌激素受体β(ERβ)在胃组织的存在状况并研究其在人胃腺癌中的作用。方法：使用免疫组化方法,在蛋白水平对配对的原发性胃腺癌患者的癌组织及其癌旁非癌组织的ERβ亚型进行检测,采用20例正常胃粘膜作为对照。结果：ERβ蛋白在部分胃腺癌及其癌旁非癌组织表达,但ERβ阳性率及表达模式不同。与配对的非癌组织相比,部分癌组织发生了ERβ表达减少或丢失,而且ERβ表达减少与低分化程度相关(P=0．041),丢失的ERβ仅见于低分化癌。结论：ERβ可作为识别某些进展期胃腺癌发生发展的标志物,ERβ表达改变在低分化癌中更常见,也提示ERβ阳性胃腺癌可能比ERβ表迭丢失者预后更好；另外,在非癌组织腺上皮存在ERβ的表达提示在正常胃组织中ERβ很可能具有一种保护性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the expression and distribution of estrogen receptor beta(ENβ)in gastric adenocarcinomas samples and to investigate the clinical value d ERβin human gastric adenocarcinomas.Methoeds:EPβprotein,which existed in the cancer tissues and non -cancer tissues nearby,was examined by using irmnunohistochemistry.Another 20 normal gastric mucosa biopsy was used as control.Results: ERβwas expressed in part of specimens including cancer and non-cancerous tissues,however ERβexpression significantly differed.The intensity and extent of ER? expression were significantly higher in normal and non-cancerous tissues than in gastric adenocarcinomas.Moreover,reduced ERβnuclei expression in gastric adenocarcinoma was correlated with decreased differentiation(P=0.041)and lost ERβwas only detected in poorly differential adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:Our findings emphasize ERβmay serve as a tumor marker for the development in identifying cer- tain advanced gastric adencarcinoma.Altered expression of ERβin tumors compared with corresponding normal gastric tissues was more common in poorly differentiated adenocarcinonms and tended to indicate a better prognsis of ERβ-positive gastric adenocarcinomas than when ERβwas lost.The expression of ERβin non-cancerous tissues also suggested that ERβmight play an important role in the physiological function of normal gastric mucosa.更多还原
