基于DOE充填阶段注塑成型工艺参数的优化
Optimal Process Conditions During Filling Stage Based on DOE
【摘要】 结合CAE技术,针对注塑成型的充填阶段,应用Taguchi实验设计方法(Design of experi-ments),采用L9正交矩阵进行实验,研究了注射成型充填阶段所选参数对制品的熔体前沿加权平均流动温度、加权平均剪切应力、模腔平均压力的影响,优化工艺参数从而提高制品质量。结果显示,对于不同的实验目标各个因素的影响程度不同;对于手机壳这样一个实际的商业产品,制品厚度是影响制品质量的最重要的参数。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects and significance of processing parameters on the flow front temperature,shear stress and pressure of the injected parts during filling stage,a L9 orthogonal array based on taguchi method and CAE technology were introduced.The results indicated that the order of influence of selected parameters was different for different experimental objects and the part thickness was the most important parameter affecting part quality for the real commercial part of the cover of cellphone.
