基于PC机高聚物流变性能的测试
PC-Based Measurement on Rheological Properties of Polymer
【摘要】 采用测试集成设计思想,将基于PC机(个人电脑)的非电量测试技术、传感器技术以及模-数(A/D)转换技术结合起来,利用VB(V isual Basic)语言完成编程工作,实现了数据采集与数据处理的自动化。测量了不同温度、速度下高聚物HDPE和ABS在圆管和缝模内流动时管壁的剪切应力wτ、剪切速率.γ和表观黏度ηa,直接得到高聚物HDPE和ABS的流动(τw-.γ)和流变(ηa-.γ)曲线及其方程,将对制定压缩成型、挤出成型等加工工艺和实际操作有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The integration design of one rheometer was introduced by using non-electricity testing,sensoring and A/D conversion based on PC(Personal Computer)and the programme was accomplished by adopting Visual Basic.Date acquisition and automated date processing were realized.Rheological property parameters of HDPE and ABS,such as the shear strain(τ_w),the shear stress rate(),and apparent viscosity(η_a) on the internal surface of the pipe die and the slot die in different temperatures and different speeds were measured in this apparatus.Flowing curves(τ_w-) and rheological curves(η_a-) and their fitted equations were obtained,which would be of big significance to the operation and production of compression moulding and extrusion moulding.
