【摘要】 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对我国体育法学研究中的法治浪漫主义进行评析。认为:体育法学研究折射出的法治思想存在一些浪漫和理想的成分是合理的,也是必要的。存在的问题主要表现为:法律万能、泛法治主义的思想。体育法学研究者应树立体育控制的大局观,以期用先进、正确的理论指导体育的法律实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods of literature and logical analysis were applied to commenting on and analyzing the romanticism of rule by law in the research on sports law of our country.It considers that it’s reasonable and necessary that there are some elements of romance and idea in the thoughts of rule by law reflected from the research on sports law.The main expression of the exsiting problems is the thought of law being all-powerful and pan-rule-by-law.The researchers on sports law should establish the general situation consciousness of sports control,so as to direct the legal pratice with the advanced and correct theoretical research.更多还原
