【摘要】 从“纵向”与“横向”两个层面剖析了我国篮球竞赛组织结构的现状。认为:现阶段我国篮球竞赛组织过程中存在的主要问题有:“体育与教育系统”争夺竞赛、人才市场;在“管竞赛”、“办竞赛”的过程中尚未建立完善的组织运行机制;竞赛组织形式与竞赛规程有待进一步完善等。据此,提出我国篮球竞赛组织系统优化配置的近期组织结构模式(包括少年阶段、青年阶段和成年阶段)与远期组织结构模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Having analyzed the status quo of the organizational structure of basketball competition in our country from two aspects of "the lengthwise" and "the crosswise",it holds that at the present stage,the problems existing in the process of organizing basketball competition in our country are as follows: sports system contests the competitive and talent market with educational system;the perfect organizational operation mechanism hasn’t been set up in the process of "managing competition" and "organizing competition";and there is much room for further perfection of competitive organization form and regulation.Accordingly,it puts forward the short-term organizational structure models(include ones at juvenile,youth and adult stages) and long-term organizational structure models of the optimized disposition of organizational system of basketball competition in our country.更多还原
