【Abstract】 Physical concepts of the "soil erosion rates" in different scales,such as erosion rate for a point,for an erosion block of land,for a slope,for a catchment and for a region,and their relevant formula were given.Meanwhile,monitoring methods and calculating models for assessments of those rates were introduced. Suggestions for future monitoring and research works on soil erosion and sediment production were also proposed.更多还原
